The Navien is mounted and secured, every water line is connected, and the gas line is connected within 3 feet of the heater. Copper fittings, correct venting sized to the manufacturer's specs, and a wall-mounted layout that is neat and organized.
Valves and venting
Isolation valve kit, condensate line, sidewall vent
An isolation valve kit goes on so the heater can be maintained properly later, the condensate line is run, and up to 8 feet of sidewall venting is included. Roof venting, extra vent or gas line length, a dedicated recirculation line and gas line enlargement beyond typical code are quoted on top.

By code, residential water pressure above 80 psi is too high. If yours is over that, or close to it, Majesty recommends a pressure regulator valve (PRV) to protect the pipes and fixtures downstream.
Keep celery, fruit pits, onion skins, grease and anything that isn't food out of it. If a disposal is making noise, clogging often or won't turn on, Majesty installs and repairs them.
An Arizona water heater typically lasts 7 to 12 years. Short or overheated hot water, discoloured or smelly water, unusual noises, moisture or leaks around the unit, or a smell of gas near it are all signs it needs attention.
